A note from the Clerk

It is the mission of the City Clerks Office to efficiently and courteously provide information, advise and services to Windsor citizens, visitors, neighborhood organizations, the City Council and employees. The City Clerk for the City of Windsor is Linda Voris.

The City Clerk attends all City Council meetings and produces the official minutes of all City sponsored meetings. All ordinances and resolutions are processed through this office and kept as permanent records. The Clerk is the custodian of books, records, and papers of the City of Windsor.

All petitions and communications addressed to the City Council are received by the Clerk and communicated by her at Council meetings.

Those interested in obtaining information from the City Clerk's Office may request it by filling out a Freedom of Informatiion Act form available in the office.
